Nightelier Mermaid Waters - Gold Coast

After a camping trip gone wrong, ending in a late-night emergency visit to the hospital, Mermaid Waters Hotel felt like heaven. The 24-hour check-in and friendly staff welcomed us, and the clean, spacious room was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the free buffet breakfast and relaxed by the outdoor pool. The nearby Pizzey Park and Broadbeach were great for family bonding. While I wished for more breakfast variety, our extended stay here made the trip worthwhile. Would definitely visit again!

king studio with good amenities, nice balcony to relax, as for instance. fabulous food in the restaurant for large and savoury breakfast at 7.15am. very central location to see friends before heading overseas from gc airport.

Beds were a bit too soft.

Rate and Ease of booking via Booked.net was superior to other service providers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, welcoming, clean and fresh. And a bath made the experience extra special. I did not use the pool but it looked inviting from my window.

The kettle and hairdryer didn't work properly but i left a note for staff and imagine this will be fixed. I am not a fan of airconditioning and found the room to be fresh enough not to need it, however i was surprised that there were no blankets or doona so i was cold at night. I forgot to mention this to staff. Perhaps one is supposed to just turn on the airconditioning but i was loathe to do this.

The service is great the price is good the location is good would definitely go back

Fairly clean, surprising hotel with super-friendly staff in front of the staff member. Large and savoury breakfast at 7.15am, free soft drinks. Budget, neat room with bigger than usual bathroom. Particularly good location to The Star Gold Coast. Found in a very quiet area really close to the Gold Coast, and close enough to stay out of the hussle.

My impression of the Quality Hotel, is that it has improved out of sight since I was last there, the staff were extremely pleasant. Could not fault my two nights there. Thank you.Pete

I had a really nice stay of 2 nights. The room was modern. The location was good and ideal, close to downtown and all Gold Coast attractions. The king studio had a bigger than usual bathroom.

Courtesy bus was a great idea and was close to Jupiters Casino

My ride from the airport took me to Mermaid Beach and not Mermaid Waters, I was then nearly 2 hours behind when we finally found out exactly where the Hotel was situated, therefore a little confusing of location.

It is very handy to good shopping centres and to our friends who live at Robina. We enjoyed using the lovely Mermaid Waters Restaurant. We are regulars at this lovely Hotel and stay here each time we visit our friends. We will come again!

Great location within walking distance to various attractions

The follow up from booking to being recieved was very good. The staff were courteous and accommodating which was refreshing in a 4 Star.The accommodation itself was sufficient but confusing with two king size beds in a room booked for two. The area could have been better utilised with a comfort lounge that could be tirned out to a spare bed. The lack of a small fresh milk and Ice was a little dissapointing.
